The gated development features 3 stunning swimming pools, 1 heated, set amidst acres of luxuriant, landscaped, subtropical gardens. There are only five apartments in each detached building, two on the ground floor, two on the first and a duplex penthouse on the top. The exclusive Las Alamandas Marbella apartments also offer 24-hour security, video surveillance, infra-red alarm system, the added comfort of underground parking, and a lift to your apartment door. The apartment sizes range from approximately 200 - 300 m² and all have extensive terraces with both open and covered areas.
